i'm not sure whether i can survive in the corporate world......
since this is my first work experience i'm totally naive about this matter.....
office politics are just too difficult for me to understand.....
honestly i'm disapppointed with the way things are now.....i feel as if my work is unappreciated and nobody give a damn to what i'm doing here.....can't blame them....sometimes even i myself can't figure out what the hell am i supposed to do here......
it's different when you study.......it totally depends on your own effort to conquer a particular subject....and the result should imply the amount of effort you have put in in the first place........
good results are enough to motivate me to do better in the future.....
but now i have no idea how i should motivate myself.....
you see, when you were still studying, your results are enough to let others know how successful you are in managing your studies.....
but now......i have no idea how to gain trust and respect from others....to be treated as an equal.....to be somebody........
