arrrrgggghhhhh !!! i'm so pissed right now....
i need to print the certs,45 of them that need to be sent to the policyholders but the damn printer won't work!!!! not just the cert, i need to prepare the policy documents as well,the cover letter,the folders, the banca's SOG......i have to do this all by MYSELF!!!ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
