the ironic thing about faizal tahir being banned is that he is being condemned for being 'over-enthusiastic' while some can get away with their half-hearted performances. since when was it wrong to be over-enthusiastic in doing your job? yes, maybe he went a little bit off-course, but personally i think the punishment is a bit too harsh. a stern warning should suffice, not total restriction for the man from his bread-and-butter.

there was no act or law in the first place as a guide on what u can or cannot do as a performer, so this whole thing looks more like a reactive measure than a proactive one, being implemented only after some segment voice out their dissatisfaction with the incident.
